Quotations
We require very specific details to provide an accurate quote, including subject type, scale/size needed,
and time frame requirements along with your plans and photos. Our quotations are good for 120 days
from the issue date.
Processing Time
All orders require approximately seven working days for complete processing and setup after receipt of
your order, your reference materials (photos, sketches, blue-prints, etc.) and your payment. Your
reference materials will be returned to you with your finished model.
After processing of your order, it is then placed into our scheduling system and assigned to the proper
department for construction. Depending upon our workload and the complexity of your order,
production averages eight to ten weeks for most aircraft models. General aviation models only require
approximately six weeks for production.
Holiday Orders
All orders for Christmas/Hanukkan/Kwanzaa must be placed by OCTOBER 15th of each year for non-
rush charge production and delivery by December 22nd of each year.
Any orders accepted after November 1ST of each year will incur rush charges appropriate for the time
remaining to ensure delivery by December 22nd.
Shipping
We ship by the best carrier available for each shipment. However, FEDEX, UPS, and USPS have very
limited insurance protection for in-transit damage. PLEASE NOTE, that FEDEX, UPS, and the USPS
HAVE INCREASED THEIR RESPECTIVE SHIPPING RATES FOR FY-2015 ..our base rate for
MOST standard size models is now $85.00 and large size models will be quoted to you. EXPECT
MOST NEXT DAY SHIPMENTS will cost you about $150.00 to $200.00 for large desktop aircraft
models with large wingspans. ALL other models will be quoted to you.
We can use your personal or corporate FEDEX, UPS, USPS account number to ship your order,
therefore you do not have to pay us for the shipping costs.
All models are packed to withstand the worst possible handling. All custom models are shipped via
NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY SERVICE. Prices depend upon size of model's box.
Overseas orders will have your shipping costs quoted to you prior to acceptance of your order, unless
you are using your own shipping account number. All overseas orders will be responsible for all duties,
customs charges, and in-country transportation charges if applicable.
Payment
All orders must be paid in U.S. Dollars, no exceptions.
We only accept Personal Checks, Company Checks, PayPal Checks, Postal Money Orders, Commercial
Money Orders, and Bank-to-Bank wire transfers (with a $45.00 Service Fee). We do not accept any
credit cards or C.O.D.’s under any circumstance.
No orders, with the exception of U.S corporations and Federal or State Government Agencies, will be
processed without full payment included with your order and data, except as stated below.
We only accept purchase orders from U.S corporations and Federal or State Government Agencies with
a complete credit check plus FULL (100%) PAYMENT for orders under $50,000.00 and a DEPOSIT
of FIFTY PERCENT (50%) for orders totaling over $51,000.00, with the balance being paid at
TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) at the time of the main product(s) review cycle and the final
balance of TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) being paid at time of shipping of product(s) after
client's final REVIEW CYCLE approval of product(s) via certified check or ACH-W/T electronic
deposit in US DOLLARS (USD$s).
